In the middle of June, Ben was able to do another cool Monterrey mountain hike with some friends. This hike was to the "M", a peak in the mountains behind our house. He said that he thought it was physically harder overall than Via Ferratta, but less dangerous and extreme. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy day when they went, so they weren't able to have views of the city; however, the views of the Huesteca on the other side of the mountains were pretty spectacular. I hope to do this hike with him before we leave Monterrey, and perhaps the twins as well.
