Morris Christmas

We celebrated Morris Christmas the weekend before actual Christmas at Jeff and Diane's house. It was a wonderful time to all be together. I seriously married into the best family.
Grandparent/grandkid picture. Look at the Josh's expression of exasperation in this picture.
The kid picture in front of the tree has gotten more difficult with the addition of many grandkids. This is a hilarious string of pictures where Caleb is having to pull Ellie into the picture frame. I think that someone in the family got better pictures than I did, but these crack me up all the same.
Who needs everyone looking at the camera when you have gems like this? Seth and Sam took a great picture, but the rest of us failed.
Sammy and Daddy. Sam and Seth love wearing their Santa hats.
We gave Josh a sleeping bag for Christmas. Do you think he liked it?
Ellie got one as well and they had so much fun playing in them together.
They are such buddies.
Caleb got everyone Christmas presents, which was so sweet and thoughtful! He got Seth and Sam two books each.
This was definitely one of the best moments of Christmas: the twins hugged Caleb to say "thank you" and then Seth planted a big kiss on his cheek and exclaimed, "Finally." They have a little joke where the twins always try to kiss Caleb and he runs away and refuses. It was so hilarious that Seth finally planted a big smooch on his cheek and was so proud of himself!
The twins got new Seahawks sweatshirts from Jeff and Diane and love them. They look so grown up.
Sam's Rubik's cube and Seth's puzzle from mom and dad. We worked on the puzzle all that week and finished it on Christmas Eve. It was a fun tradition to start.
Josh loves his new basketball warm-ups from Jeff and Diane and puts them on and off multiple times daily.
The kids love playing on the stairs at Jeff and Diane's house. This is the sweetest picture.
We had to get a stair picture with baby Hailey too.
The twins received a travel chess board from Jeff and Diane which prompted a string of chess matches between all the boys. It was fun to watch them compete.
We also got a game of Yahtzee in as a family.
Best picture of these two! Can't wait to frame this one!
This picture is pretty precious too!

Nathan, Holly and their girls spent the night with us, so we got to have a whole extra day to spend together. It was wonderful.
Nate was totally obsessed with trying to figure out the Rubik's cube. He didn't succeed, but the boys loved watching him try.
We're so thankful for such great grandparents who love to spend time with our kids. Diane is so wonderful at playing games with them, and Jeff loves holding the babies!
Caleb came out to our house as well and played more chess. It was wonderful to have him around so much this Christmas!
