This year for Christmas, my sister and I gave my mom tickets for “Beauty and the Beast” on Broadway. And, after much anticipation, we got to watch the play this weekend! Just the three of us—no kids and no husbands—headed downtown for a quiet lunch and pure enjoyment of a musical.
After the play (which was wonderful!), we celebrated Aidah’s four-year old birthday. I can’t believe she’s four already! Aidah’s really into Robin Hood, so my parents made her a Robin Hood outfit and bought her a bow and arrow, which was a big hit with all the kids. It sure was nice to have a weekend hanging out with the Ruda family!
